Sammy 4

This is my Border Collie Sammy! She came to us in the summer, no manners at all, so we have to teach her EVERYTHING. Not to mention she has a never ending supply of energy, and nothing to vent it on. So we are having a hard time getting her to pay attention. Any tips?
